Announcement of the SJSC “Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” to mortgage bondholders on redemption of the bonds prior to their maturity05.01.2012 The SJSC "Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka" (Hipotēku banka) hereby notifies that the Board of Hipotēku banka passed a resolution (Minutes No 1) on 4 January 2012, which reads as follows: 1. On 15 February 2012, redeem the whole issue of the AL series (ISIN code LV0000800142) mortgage bonds according to Article 3.1.3 of the AL series mortgage bonds prospectus, paying to the mortgage bondholders the face value of the bonds together with the interest income accrued by 15 February 2012. 2. On 15 February 2012, redeem the whole issue of the AM series (ISIN code LV0000800159) mortgage bonds according to Article 3.1.3 of the AL series mortgage bonds prospectus, paying to the mortgage bondholders the face value of the bonds together with the interest income accrued by the 15 February 2012. 3.
