On June 3, 2010 the extraordinary meeting of the Shareholder of SJSC "Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka" resolved to appoint the auditor company Ernst & Young Baltic Ltd as the auditor of SJSC "Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka" for period 2010.-2012.
