Mortgage bonds

In 1994 Hipoteku banka issued its first mortgage bonds in paper format with unique security features for that time. Since then 16 issuances have taken place. Moreover, Hipoteku banka has been involved in and arranged issues of mortgage bonds for other Latvian banks.

Currently there are nine not redeemed mortgage bond issues listed on Baltic Bond list of Riga Stock Exchange :
